This salad is perfect when it is hot and when you just want to use what is in the fridge.
Ingredients
- 1 mango
- 3 strawberries
- 1 banana
- handful of blueberries
- lettuce
- a small cucumber
- red onion
- red peppers
- green peppers
- cottage cheese
- half of a lemon
- a pinch of salt
- ground pepper
- olive oil
Instructions
- wash the vegetables, peel and slice mango, slice strawberries and banana, dice the cucumber and onion, slice the peppers.
- Mix all together and add lettuce
- Squeeze the lemon, mix with salt and pepper
- Add 2 table spoons of olive oil,
- Mix everything together
- Enjoy!
